Each of our caregivers share a deep passion for delivering top of the line care to your family. However, when trusting a caregiver with the safety and well-being of your loved one you want someone who is more than just kindhearted. All of our Caregivers are fully insured, bonded, and covered by workers compensation insurance. Here is how we ensure each of our caregivers shares the values of compassion, trust and expertise that we uphold at Preserve Home Care.

  •  Criminal Background Check

  • A valid Driver’s License, Passport, or State ID card

  • Valid Social Security Card or work authorization

  • Verification of a general physical & TB test within 6 months of the hire date

  • DMV driving record check

  • A valid CPR and or 

  • Valid proof of licensure (ie CNA, LVN, CHHA, RN)

  • Professional References

  • Extensive Interviews





All of our caregivers are required to attend training programs every year to ensure they are providing the best care possible.
This includes:

  • Proper techniques in caring for the elderly
  • Transfer and ambulation assistance
  • Incontinence care
  • Alzheimer’s and Dementia topics 
  • Elderly abuse and reporting requirements

You’ll have the opportunity to interview any caregiver we refer to you in advance of commencing services. Many of our caregivers have worked with us for years and have been referred from a reliable source (previous clients, agencies, healthcare institutions, etc.) before our interview process.
